An employer must, within seven (7) days of any changes in the particulars so furnished, notify the Commissioner of such changes.
These changes include Nature of Business change, Company Name change, change of Ownership, address change, Company Change (for example from (Pty) Ltd to CC or vice versa), De-registration or a Re-activation.
