TTD Reimbursement

Based on legislation in Section 47 of the COID Act.

Should an employee be booked off duty due to an IOD for a period from 4 days to 3 months, the employer is obligated to pay the injured employee at a rate of 75% of his/her salary for the first 3 months, which will then be re-imbursed by the Compensation Fund.
