Should an Employer be unable to settle their Assessment once off, the Employer can apply for an Instalment Plan with the Compensation Fund, which must be paid up by the end of the Financial Year.
You will receive a valid Letter of Good Standing monthly, after the payment is made to the Compensation Fund.
